Overview

The Raymarine A80308 is a Quantum power and data Y-adapter cable for connecting a Quantum radar scanner to existing Raymarine digital radome cabling. It is used when a boat already has a combined power and data cable from an older Raymarine Digital Radar or HD Color Radome installation, and the new scanner uses separate power and data connectors.

This adapter is most useful during radar upgrades where pulling a new cable through a mast, arch, hardtop, or radar pole would be difficult. It lets the existing combined cable remain in place while splitting the connection at the scanner end for the Quantum radar setup.
